Xander backed away a bit after he hung up the last pair of pants, a little happy that his roommate seemed nice. "It's no problem, really," he said, heading back to his side of the room and plopping down on his bed, unsure of what to do next. "So...how do you like St. Gale's so far?"

Chiyo blinked, then shook his head. "No.. that's alright... You seem nice.. I'm sure we'll be fine together, right?" He managed to give Xander a tiny, nervous smile, before going back to putting his things away. Finally finishes up with his clothes and necessities and shoves his extra boxes under the bed. "Uhmm.. thank you so much for your help."

Xander looked down a bit, hanging up a few more hangers. "I'm sorry...I asked to have a single room myself. I guess that there are getting to be too many residents and not enough dorms to house us all...." Xander said, biting his lip a bit. "Um...I'll try to find another room if you'd like me too. I mean, I understand if you need your privacy..."

"Sure...no problem," Xander replied, letting the blanket drop from his shoulders and getting up from the bed. He then pulled the box open, grabbing a few hangers and starting to hang up some of the clothes. Seeing a few of the pairs of pants, Xander spotted a small hole in them, assuming that it was for his roommate's tail. "So.." he started, "I'm Xander. It's my fifth year here. What's your name? What year are you...?"

Chiyo blushed a little bit, surprised by the other's offer. He looked over at him and gave a small nod, nervously writhing his hands together. "Sure.. I'd appreciate it." He looked around for a bit before pulling a box off the trolley. "Could you maybe.. just hang these clothes up for me?"

Xander's eyes widened as he saw his roommate's tail, a little more then confused. Pulling the blanket on his bed over himself, he continued to watch his roommate pull the moving cart into the room. "Um...do you want some help...? I'm all finished unpacking already, I didn't have that much to unpack in the first place..." he said quietly, sitting up on his bed and pulling the blanket around his shoulders.

He blinked then shook his head, looking more than a little confused. "N-no. I don't mind at all.. I prefer the window..." He hesitated for a moment more, standing in the doorway dumbly, before turning around to pull the trolley in, revealing his silver fox tail to his new roommate.

With a few pulls the trolley was inside and Chiyo went quietly about begginning to unpack his things, trying his best not to disturb the other but every so often glancing up nervously at him.
